Mugabe admits his illegitimacy

Egypt – In an interview with an ITN News  jounalist Mr Mugabe was asked: '

'On what basis do you still call yourself President of Zimbabwe?'

His answer was in nine simple words,

'On the same basis that Mr Brown regards himself as Prime Minister of Zimbabwe'

In simple words, Mugabe was purely saying that in the same way that Gordon Brown 'assumes' the position of Prime Minister of Zimbabwe in the same breath do I stand as President of Zimbabwe. We here provide the ITV video below.
